I sent an email to [****] on May 5, 2026 regarding my damaged order and received no response. I then contacted Lovepop by way of Digital Assistant on May 11, 2026 as was told my order would be replaced. Still nothing over a week later. You probably should ask for a review from a customer you are NOT ignoring! I would rate my entire order a "0" since it was very expensive and damaged upon receipt.
