I always enjoy sending out the cards I order, but there's an issue with your reward points system. I used to be able to hit a button during payment to use the points, but nothing like that is there now. I'm told I have over 500 reward points, but it just has me going in circles trying to use them now. I CAN'T USE ANY OF MY POINTS AT ALL. Please correct or provide input to fix this.

Lovepop has lots its design mojo -- I used to order half a dozen cards 2-3 times a year, now it's hard to buy 2 cards a year. Way too much movie tie-in shlock, not enough imagination.

These cards are high quality and really fun to give to family and friends. I bought a couple cards (Valentine's Day/Birthday) and will certainly buy more. They add a really fun dynamic to gift giving. They have a huge selection with lots of fun designs, colors, and themes.

These are quality cards that spark joy. Whether it’s the surprise from being a pop up or the nostalgia we feel from days of pop up books past, the room warms to the thoughtfulness of moment each card is opened. Anyone can get a card from anywhere these days, but when your loved one receives this card, they know you went above and beyond. Plus the puns! Oh, how they delight. Icing on cake. Like that small bakery down the street that’s up at 2am making the best pastry you’ve ever tasted–that’s how delicious it is to both give AND receive these cards. Both sets of eyes will light up like high beams coming in either direction before realizing they need to switch back to low beams out of courtesy. And then it begins… Now the gauntlet has been thrown. Does this mean ever card has to be a pop up card? What if you don’t give/get one next time? Do they not love you the same anymore? What happened to that spark? Perish these thoughts quickly for the real answer is to get another one of these awesome cards for yourself or your loved ones the next time you need to put thoughtfulness to paper. This is the apex of card giving. Like Mac McClung in the dunk contest, it’s over.

This card was perfect. Sloths are a joke in our family, so I just had to buy the card. As usual, it was flawlessly crafted and arrived in plenty of time.

I couldn't get the background trees and foliage to sit upright. Maybe my Granddaughter can fix it.
