Received a birthday card and a bill for about $5 due to the fact they put the wrong type of postage on the envelope to save themselves money. **** racket company if they keep doing this knowingly to their customer's gifts.
I sent this to my sister for her bday. She received a notice that she owed $4,86 in postage. I paid postage when I ordered the card. She should have owed nothing!! The card didn’t arrive and she had to go too the post office to pay the postage due. Not what I wanted at all!! If this is what happens when you order one of your cards it isn’t at all acceptable! Creating a problem for the recipient should not happen!M
Although we were not able to be together in person the recipient opened the card over the telephone and we heard Happiness. It was FUN! Thank You LovePop
