Inspired by our own handy heroes, the camel-colored front of the Toolbox card features a laser-cut hammer and wrench and pops open to reveal a whole kit. Against a woodgrain-print workbench, scattered with tools, this lifelike paper sculpture can construct a smile so fast you’d think it’s magic.
Inspiration for the Toolbox Card:
Inspired by his dad who was always prepared to tackle anything, designer Huy created the toolbox to be realistic and relatable. “My dad taught me how to repair a broken bike,” he remembers. “This made me love my father even more, and I’m sure you have a story like that, too.”
