Pretty, but the light ****.

As a first time customer, I bought several cards and only one of them had a light up feature but was the most expensive one, and the light mechanism didn’t work. Aside from that, all the cards were beautiful!

Disappointed

I ordered cards on Monday morning before Mother's Day, no I didnt pay extra for fast shipping as the cards were a splurge already and I thought a week was enough time since i wasnt seeing Mom til after Mothers Day anyway, a specific delivery wasnt needed. Its been a week, so to check progress I had to download an app from a different company Shop to track then yet another app to see tracking details from FedEx to find that FedEx has the cards but they wont be delivered until May 18. I ordered morning of May 4. So it takes 2 whole weeks? Makes no sense. The cards are ready, thats not the hold up. And FedEx is fast so thats not the hold up. Theres options to "manage the delivery" which basically means the cards are being held for a randsom for 2 weeks or until I fork over more money. What a rude business model. Why not want customers to get their delivery asap? Delays happen, but to purposely not deliver just to get more money isnt cool. Im very disappointed. I viewed Lovepop as a fun warm-hearted good-vibe company- sadly thats been soured by greed. If id have known this was how the cards would be handled id have looked for a more ethical company to do business with. Very disappointing. Its not the fact they wont arrive by a certain time, im flexible, its that its ready and shipped but deliberately not delivered for 2 weeks because I didnt pay extra. Snail mail could've had them here. Not a good look.
