LOVEPOP “WIN $250 WORTH OF CARDS” SWEEPSTAKES
OFFICIAL RULES
These Official Rules govern the Lovepop “Text to Win” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”). The Sweepstakes will sometimes be referred to as "Win $250 worth of cards" sweepstakes. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
1. Sponsor
The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Lovepop, Inc., 68 Harrison Ave Ste 501 Boston, MA 02111 (the “Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater) as of the date of entry.
Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members of each such person are not eligible to participate or win.
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Promotion Period
The Sweepstakes begins on July 1, 2026 at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and ends on July 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”). The Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes. Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
There are two (2) ways to enter. Limit one (1) entry per person and per phone number for the entire Promotion Period, regardless of method of entry.
(a) Standard Entry — Provide Your Phone Number. During the Promotion Period, submit your mobile phone number through the official Sweepstakes entry method designated by Sponsor (for example, via the sign-up form at lovepop.co) and complete the confirmation step. Entrants using this method will be enrolled in Lovepop's recurring automated marketing text program; enrollment in the marketing program is not required to enter — see the free mail-in method in Section 4(b). You must provide a valid mobile phone number and complete all required fields to receive one (1) entry.
(b) Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE). To enter without providing a phone number for marketing purposes, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, email address, date of birth, and the words “Lovepop Text to Win Sweepstakes Entry” on a plain 3″ x 5″ card and mail it in a stamped, hand-addressed #10 envelope to: Lovepop, Attn: July 2026 Sweepstakes, 68 Harrison Ave Ste 501 Boston, MA 02111. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by July 31, 2026 and received by August 7, 2026. Each mail-in entry counts as one (1) entry. Mechanically reproduced entries are not permitted.
All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, illegible, or undelivered entries.
5. Consent to Receive Text Messages (Standard Entry Only)
If you enter using the Standard Entry method and provide your mobile phone number, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Lovepop at the number provided; consent is not a condition of entry or of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Opting out of text messages after entry will not remove your entry from the random drawing. 6. Prize
Five (5) Grand Prizes: Sponsor’s choice of 25 high quality, everyday Lovepop cards.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Grand Prize: $250. The total ARV of all prizes is $1,250.
The prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, express or implied, by the Sponsor. The prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted, except the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. No cash equivalent will be offered. All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
7. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
8. Winner Selection and Notification
The potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about August 12, 2026 by the Sponsor or its designated representative, whose decisions are final and binding.
The potential winners will be notified using the contact information provided at entry within 10 business days of the drawing. The potential winners must respond and, if requested, complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where lawful) a Publicity Release within fourteen (14) days of attempted notification. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time, is found to be ineligible, or fails to return required documents, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.
9. Use of Personal Information
Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.lovepop.com/policies/privacy-policy. By entering, you acknowledge that the information you submit will be used by the Sponsor to administer the Sweepstakes and as otherwise described in these Official Rules and the Privacy Policy.
10. Publicity
Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the winner’s consent to the Sponsor’s use of the winner’s name, city and state of residence, and entry for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration, except where prohibited by law.
11. General Conditions; Release; Limitation of Liability
The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.
By entering, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
The Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing, offering, or administration of the Sweepstakes. Any attempt to deliberately damage the Sweepstakes or undermine its legitimate operation may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and the Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual involved in such conduct and to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12. Disputes; Governing Law
Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning these Official Rules and the rights and obligations of entrants and the Sponsor shall be governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. By participating, entrants agree that any disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
13. Winner List
For the name of the winners, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Lovepop Inc., Attn: July 2026 Sweepstakes Winner List, 68 Harrison Ave Ste 501 Boston, MA 02111, to be received by August 31, 2026.
Lovepop is the Sponsor of this Sweepstakes. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media or telecommunications platform.
