The rapid progression of coronavirus (COVID-19) in our communities is an unprecedented situation and it is unfolding rapidly. Our number one priority is the health and safety of our Lovepop family and the communities in which we live and work all across the world. In an effort to slow the progression of the virus, we have moved our headquarters and support teams remote, and we have temporarily closed all of our retail stores through April 11th, with retail team members receiving pay during this period.

Please note we are experiencing high inventory demand, longer fulfillment times, and shipping delays as we are taking extra care in our production and distribution centers. Update as of April 13: The events of the last several weeks have turned our lives upside down. We've had to make changes that were previously unimaginable. As COVID-19 continues to impact the world, we have extended the closure of our retail locations until further notice. We have redeployed a number of our full time hourly retail employees to support alternative business channels, but have made the unfortunate and difficult decision to furlough all of our part-time hourly retail employees. We would like to thank our dedicated teams and loyal customers for their continued support during these difficult times.
