Describe what you do at Lovepop.
As a member of the Customer Happiness Team, I spend my days handling customer inquiries over phone and email. I also manage our social media responses and monitor our online customer reviews.
What's the best thing about your job?
I love getting to hear customers' stories about the magical moments our cards create for them! Especially during Covid, there have been so many heartwarming stories, which has really driven home how much joy and magic we can bring people through something as simple as a card.
Out of our 4 core values (engineering, hunger, magic, connection), which one describes you best and why?
Engineering! I love finding creative solutions for the issues our customers run into as well as working to improve and streamline our own systems and processes to best serve our customers.
What is your favorite Lovepop design?
I've always said my favorite is the Sushi card because I love a good pun, but the Sunflower Bouquet is giving it a run for its money lately; they're my favorite flower.
If you could do another job for just one day, what would it be?
Probably fulfilling my childhood dream of being a world famous pop star.
What do you like doing outside of work?
When I'm not working you can find me reading, playing board games with my friends, or exploring local estate sales.
If you had to eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?
The yellow curry from the Thai restaurant near my apartment. Truly the best!
What is your go-to karaoke song?
I've always loved a good "Take Me Or Leave Me" duet when I'm feeling brave enough.
