COVID-19 Response
If I place an order, will it be delayed?
We are adapting to changing conditions and are not currently experiencing significant delays in processing or shipping orders. See our shipping policy for more details.
Orders, Shipping & Returns
What forms of payment do you accept?
In addition to accepting most major credit cards (including Visa, Discover, MasterCard and American Express), we also accept PayPal and Amazon Pay for orders placed on site. You can select your payment method during checkout.
For orders placed by phone at (888) 687-9589 (9AM - 9PM EST), you may use any major credit card.
Is a note included? How will the recipient know that the card is from me?

Please note that Lovepop has a content policy which is outlined in our Terms of Service, and we reserve the right to cancel and refund orders that violate that policy. Please refrain from any R-rated content!
How quickly will my order be shipped?
Connecting you with your loved ones is a top priority, as is the health and safety of our team and communities. We are experiencing high inventory demand, longer fulfillment times, and shipping delays as we are taking extra care in our production and distribution centers. We fulfill orders in the order they are received. For free shipping, you may see a delay in shipping and delivery.

How do I track my order?
We do everything we can to ensure that your order tracking details are accurate and timely. Some tracking details, however, may not update in real-time as parcel scans can occur at various points throughout the shipping process. This may appear as a delayed or missing parcel, however, orders are often still in transit to their final destination.
Order tracking details vary depending upon the level of shipping you selected at checkout. Tracking links and numbers may take up to 24-48 hours to populate after the initial acceptance scan by the courier. Additionally, tracking details for all shipping services, other than FedEx, are provided by a third party global tracking service and partner.

Do you include a receipt with my order?
Don't worry, we don't include a receipt with the order. The recipient will only receive the card. All the relevant information will be included in your confirmation email.
Can I make changes to my order?
We try to fulfill all of our orders as quickly as possible to ensure that you have your cards for your occasions, so each order is pulled from our inventory immediately after it comes in. If you need to make a change to your order, please contact our customer happiness team within 30 minutes of placing it to see if we can help.

How do I cancel my order?
We cannot honor order cancellation requests. We try to fulfill all of our orders as quickly as possible to ensure that you have your cards in time for your occasions , so each order is pulled from our inventory immediately after it’s received. Please review our Return Policy if you no longer need your order.
My order wasn’t what I expected, how do I return it?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns for merchandise within 30 days of purchase for most orders. With a receipt, we offer a refund in the same manner in which the original sale was made for the returned items. All items must be returned in new condition with original packaging and contents. Items cannot be returned without a receipt.

Additionally, if any items in your order are damaged upon arrival, please reach out to us at hello@lovepopcards.com with pictures and we will work with you to remedy the situation.
I only received part of my order, where is the rest of it?
Orders for multiple items may ship from separate warehouses. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment. Please allow and additional 2 business days for delivery. If you did not receive tracking links for all shipment on your order, please contact us.

We offer a free shipping option in addition to two expedited options in the US.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer a free shipping option in addition to two expedited options in the US. Our expedited option is $15 and our overnight option is $25.

What is Pitney Bowes? What is TrakPak?
Pitney Bowes and TrakPak provide tracking services on our shipments. Orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx or DHL depending on destination and shipping option selected
What do I do if my tracking number hasn't updated in a few days or my package shows as delivered but I haven’t received it yet?
Order tracking details vary depending upon the shipping option selected at checkout. Do you deliver to PO Boxes and Military bases?
Yes! Note that we do not offer our expedited shipping options to PO Boxes, and you should allow a little extra time to deliver to military APO/FPO addresses.

Personalized Note Service
What is a personalized note?
A personalized note allows you to add a photo and text to the card insert, and it also offers you the option to mail the card with your personalized note directly to your recipient. This is a convenient option if you aren’t able to deliver a note in person, or don’t have time to handwrite and mail the card yourself. This personalization service is $5 and includes free ground shipping.
How can I add a personalized note to my card?
When viewing a product, select the “Personalized note” option and then click the red “Personalize” button. This will launch a new window that will guide you through the personalization process, which allows you to upload a photo (optional), write a message, and specify your delivery address and date.
- Personalize your note. Upload your photo and write your message. There is a rich text editor available which allows you to select from a variety of fonts and colors to make your note extra special.
- Enter the delivery address. This can be your recipient’s address, or your own address if you’d prefer to manage delivery.
- Choose your delivery date. You have the option to send immediately, or schedule delivery for a date in the future. All cards with a personalized note ship with free ground shipping and typically take 3-8 business days to arrive.
When will my personalized note arrive?
During the personalization process, you will have the option to either send the card immediately, or delay delivery to arrive by a specific date.
If you send the card right away, you will have the option to select your shipping method at checkout. All personalized cards include free standard shipping to US addresses, which typically takes 3-8 business days.
If you choose to delay shipping, we will ship your order via standard shipping, which typically takes 3-8 business days, so that it arrives near your selected delivery date. We do our best to ensure that your card arrives on time, however, we cannot make any guarantees due to possible delays with the United States Postal Service. All cards with personalized notes also include tracking so that you can see the estimated delivery.
How does a personalized note arrive?
We carefully print your personalized note and insert it into your selected Lovepop card. We then put your note in an envelope, and pack the envelope into a Lovepop mailer. This extra packaging ensures that your card arrives safely!
How do I add a photo to my personalized note?
Photos are a great way to make your note extra special! To add a photo, select the “Upload Photo” button on the personalization screen. This will open a file browser to let you find the photo on your computer or mobile device. You might then be asked to crop or position your photo to ensure that it will fit on the note. The photo space is 3.5 inches x 3.5 inches, and for this reason we recommend square photos.
Your photo should be in one of the following formats: .jpg, .jpeg, .svg, .gif, .tiff or .png. The photo should also be less than 10MB in file size.

What products is the personalized note available on?
We currently offer the personalized note service on most of our 5x7 pop-up greeting cards. Unfortunately we are not able to offer this service on our card packs, notecards, vault or decor items. All products that are eligible for a personalized note will have the “Personalized note” option displayed on the product page.
What can I write in my personalized note?
We hope you’ll write a special message for your recipient! To make sure your note prints correctly, we do limit the amount of text to either 7 lines (for an all text note) or 6 lines (for a photo and text note).
Please note that Lovepop has a content policy which is outlined in our Terms of Service, and we reserve the right to cancel and refund orders that violate that policy. Please refrain from any R-rated content!
Special Promotions
How does the 5 for $50 promotion work?
We have a mix and match promotion where any 5 or more eligible cards* are $10 each! The promotion is automatically applied in your shopping cart, so no code is needed. This promotion cannot be combined with any other offers.
We also offer several curated 3, 5, 7 and 12 packs with savings up to $50.
* Cards in our pop-culture collection, note cards, Stickerpops, and Lovepop Flowers do count toward the total amount of cards but aren't eligible for the discount.
What is the Vault?
With over 400 designs and more coming each month, we made the decision to begin retiring some of our less popular cards. In July 2019, we created The Vault, where retired designs are available until they are sold out. Most designs are available for $7. We are regularly adding cards to The Vault to help us make space for the awesome new designs we’re regularly adding to our portfolio. Sign up to receive our email newsletter to be notified of new additions to The Vault throughout the year. Vault cards are not eligible for personalization.
I’d like to place a larger order; do you offer any bulk discounts?
We do! Bulk pricing starts at 20 cards and the more cards you order, the lower the cost per card. To receive bulk pricing on all our non-pop-culture cards, you must enter a specific promo code at checkout based on the number of cards you’re ordering. Here are the bulk pricing tiers and promo codes currently available:
- For 20-49 cards ($9/card), use promo code: LP-Bulk20
- For 50-249 cards ($8/card), use promo code: LP-Bulk50
- For 250 cards or more ($7/card), use promo code: LP-Bulk250

How do I make changes to my account/subscription?
Please login to your account to make changes to your subscription or other account information. If you have forgotten your password, simply click 'Forgot your password?'
Can my organization get a donation of your products?
Lovepop follows the IRS tax guidelines for our product donations. The organization receiving the donation must be a nonprofit / charitable organization and provide a copy of their Federal Tax Exempt Certificate, 501(c) (3) in our request form.
Where are Lovepop Cards made?
Lovepop truly is a premium brand of products. We ideate, design, and handcraft each Lovepop card in Boston, MA and Vietnam. Our co-founders, John and Wombi, chose to plant roots in both Boston, where they had gone to business school, and in Vietnam, where they first discovered the fine art of sliceform kirigami.
Unlike traditional greeting cards and similar items, Lovepop's products can take several months to design and engineer alone. We only use premium GSM high quality paper, before each item is individually cut, hand assembled, and inspected for quality.
We are patent pending and have copyright filed on every one of our designs. If you stumble upon Lovepop designs without original Lovepop packaging, please let us know by contacting us.
Where is your company located?
Our corporate headquarters is in Boston, Massachusetts, and our workshop is located in Da Nang, Vietnam.
How will my order arrive?
All card orders come in a brown Lovepop branded mailer.
Is the packaging recyclable?
Every Lovepop card, accompanying envelope, and paper insert with product and company information is 100% recyclable. The plastic sleeve that each Lovepop comes packaged in is made out of a #4 or #5 resin identification code plastic, which can be recycled at select collection facilities. If you’d like to recycle our packaging, please find a drop-off point near you.
What is a 'licensed card'?
We proudly partner with many pop culture brands to bring even more magic to our customers. We currently partner with Disney, Star Wars, Marvel, Game of Thrones, The Beatles and Despicable Me to offer officially licensed cards, notecards and gift tags. These make wonderful options to send to the collector or enthusiast in your life, young and old alike!
Due to our partnership contracts, many of our officially licensed products are not available for sale outside of the United States and its territories. If you try to order one of these products to an ineligible country, you will receive an error during checkout.
Do your cards need extra postage?
Rates can vary depending upon the courier you choose to use, however, if you are using the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) the following postage is recommended:
- Classic (5" x 7"): 2 stamps (Most Common)
- Standard (5.9" x 8 ¼"): 2 stamps
- Gift Card Holder (5 x 3”): 1 stamp
- Notecards (3.75 x 5.125"): 1 stamp
Lovepop Flowers, our larger-form standalone bouquets, come packaged in a protective paper envelope. For shipping, we recommend placing the envelope inside of a 12x15 inch mailer to ensure it arrives safely to your recipient. You can find these at your local post office or shipping store, or order online from USPS in packs of 10 here free of charge. This bouquet weighs 6 ounces — please visit your local post office or shipping store for varied shipping and pricing options.
How will I know when something is back in stock?
Make sure you shop our full collection - we have over 400 designs to choose from! Check back frequently as we are continually replenishing our inventory.
What is considered a 'business day'?
A business day is an official working day. Monday through Friday are considered business days, but holidays* and weekends are not.

How do I unsubscribe from your catalog?
To unsubscribe from our catalog, please contact our Customer Happiness team and we will remove you from our mailing list. Removal from our catalog list can take 1 to 2 mailing cycles.

How do I unsubscribe from your emails?
To unsubscribe from Lovepop emails, please select the 'Unsubscribe' link at the bottom of any marketing email you received. This may take up to 48 hours to go into effect, but will ensure you are removed from our mailing list.

Terms & Conditions
Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns for merchandise within 30 days of purchase for most orders. With a receipt, we offer a refund in the same manner in which the original sale was made for the returned items. All items must be returned in new condition with original packaging and contents. Items cannot be returned without a receipt. Price adjustments for orders already placed will not be honored.
Merchandise cannot be returned to retail stores for a refund. All items must be returned by mail, please repackage it, enclose the packing slip and send it back to us. We recommend using an insured, trackable shipping method. If you do not have the packing slip, please enclose a note with your name, billing address, order # and order date. You will be responsible for any return shipping charges.
If your card is damaged on arrival, please reach out to us at hello@lovepopcards.com with pictures of the damage and we will work with you to remedy the situation.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@lovepopcards.com.
